Early Decision Admission Agreement Between TTUHSC School of Nursing and Tarrant County College

Tarrant County College students who meet Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing admission requirements upon completion of ADN at Tarrant County College will receive Provisional Admission to TTUHSC School of Nursing.

Students may be eligible for early decision admission status by completing and sending this form during their first semester of coursework at Tarrant County College.

This form must be submitted electronically and confirmation will be sent back to the student upon receipt. Tarrant County College will be notified of the filing of this Declaration of Intent, and TTUHSC School of Nursing will confirm with Tarrant County College that the student is in good academic standing at the time of filing the intent.

NOTE: Participation in the Early Decision Admission track does not guarantee admission to the TTUHSC School of Nursing. All TTUHSC Admission requirements must be met prior to matriculation.
